Promotions and Offers

a) What promotions do you run on the Arousers website? We have a number of promotional offers on the Arousers website, from free gifts to free delivery if you spend over £35, as well as multi—buy discounts and discount codes.

b) Can I use all of these discounts and promotions at the same time? Unfortunately this is not possible. Due to the way our site works, not all promotions and discounts will work together. In addition only one promotional code may be used per order. In the case of two promotions conflicting with each other, our website will automatically activate the best offer for your order.

c) Are there any special Terms & Conditions which apply to promotions and discount offers? When activating a 3-for-2 promotion, our website will group your order so that you get the cheapest item free. This will occur even if you order more than 3 items – we will work out the best combination of products so you get the best deal. If you receive a free item as part of a Buy-One-Get-One-Free or 3-for-2 promotion, you will not be able to return individual items for refund (you can of course exchange faulty items). If you wish to return the order, you should return all items in the qualifying order.
